HATHA LESSON

A Hatha yoga lesson focuses on gentle, mindful movements that combine physical postures (asanas) with breath control (pranayama) and relaxation. The session typically begins with a grounding warm-up, followed by a sequence of poses designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Carmen is the sweetest soul. She brings a joyful and caring energy to her yoga class. By the time we finished with the yin part, I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep. She encourages her students to push passed beyond their limits with compassion and humility. You will hear her giggle with you, if you are struggling with a pose.
